Terms and Conditions of PG777:
Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and PG777. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature on PG777, you confirm that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Has the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Is 18 years of age or older;
• All information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is legally prohibited.

Pg777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a user's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

To create an account at PG777 and access the platform's features, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age: Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PG777 does not accept registrations from minors and actively enforces age verification measures.
• Residency: Be located in Brazilian territory or in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is legally permitted.
• Legal capacity: Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code.
• One account per person: Each user may hold only one active account at PG777. Opening multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts and the cancellation of any bonus balances.
• Accurate information: Registration must be completed using your full legal name, CPF, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation.

PG777 may request identity verification through document submission (national ID, driver's license, proof of address) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This process is required to meet legal obligations related to anti-money laundering and consumer protection.

Registration at PG777 is free. There are no account opening fees or monthly maintenance charges. The minimum deposit to start betting is R$ 20.00.

Bet confirmation: A bet is considered accepted and confirmed only once a ticket bearing a registration number has been issued in the pg777 system. Bets not confirmed due to a technical or connection failure are not considered valid, and any amount that may have been debited will be refunded.

Odds and markets: PG777 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel markets at any time before an event begins in cases of incorrect information, technical error, or exceptional circumstances. Once an event has started, live markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of play.

Bet settlement: Results are settled based on the official outcome of the competition as declared by the governing body. For most standard result (1X2) and handicap markets, pg777 considers only the regular 90 minutes of play, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific market.

Parlay bets: Users may combine two or more markets on a single ticket (parlay bet). The outcome depends on all selections being correct. Parlay bets that include markets from the same event or with a direct correlation between selections may be restricted by the system.

Cash Out: The Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result, receiving a partial amount calculated by the system based on current market probability. PG777 may suspend Cash Out at any time without prior notice.

PG777 operates exclusively with Brazilian payment methods, in BRL (R$). No foreign currency conversion is performed. Available methods are:

Deposits: Pix, bank slip (boleto), credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer. The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited within seconds. Boleto deposits are credited within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation by the financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed preferably via Pix to the key registered by the user. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. The vast majority of Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes. TED bank transfers are available for larger amounts and may take up to 1 business day.

Withdrawal verification: PG777 may request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds. Submitting documentation (national ID, driver's license, proof of address) is required to comply with legal anti-money laundering requirements.

Destination account: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key registered in the name of the PG777 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Pending balance: pg777 does not pay returns on idle account balances. Bonus balance and real-money balance are handled separately within the system — the real-money balance is always used first when placing bets.

PG777 offers a variety of promotions throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback, poker freerolls, and special bonuses tied to the Brazilian sports calendar. Each promotion has specific rules described on its detail page, which should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

Welcome bonus: PG777 offers a bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit for new registrations. The bonus is granted automatically, with no coupon code required. Bonus credits are available for betting but cannot be withdrawn directly until the rollover requirement established for each promotion has been met.

Rollover requirement: To convert a bonus balance into a real-money balance eligible for withdrawal, the user must wager an amount equal to the bonus value multiplied by the rollover factor specified in each promotion. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 may not count toward meeting the rollover requirement. Cancelled bets, bets on highly correlated markets, or bets that constitute bonus abuse may be excluded from the calculation.

Bonus abuse: PG777 actively monitors behavioral patterns that constitute bonus abuse — such as betting on both sides of a market using different accounts, or systematic low-risk betting patterns aimed solely at meeting rollover requirements. Accounts identified with such behavior may have their bonuses cancelled and bonus-derived balances forfeited without prior notice.

Time-limited promotions: Most pg777 promotions have defined start and end dates. Any unused bonus or unmet rollover requirement within the established timeframe will be automatically cancelled at the end of the promotional period.

PG777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice.

Weekly rakeback is calculated based on the total rake generated by the player in the previous week and credited automatically every Monday.

Table conduct: Player collusion, the use of assistance software (HUDs, real-time solvers), abusive auto-betting, and any form of unsportsmanlike behavior are prohibited and subject to penalties including chip confiscation and account closure.

Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live poker hand, the system applies the standard disconnection all-in rules as configured for each table. pg777 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the user's end.

Tournaments: When you register for a tournament, the buy-in is immediately deducted from your balance. Registration cancellations may be requested before the tournament begins, subject to the conditions outlined on each event's page. Tournaments cancelled by PG777 will have the buy-in fully refunded.

PG777 believes that healthy entertainment starts with conscious control. The platform provides a full set of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from each user's account dashboard, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately after they are configured.
• Betting limits: Set a maximum betting amount per period to keep your spending in check.

• Temporary break: Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, login and betting will be blocked.

The user must immediately notify pg777 via live chat or email at contato@pg777.cash if they suspect unauthorized access to their account, loss of credentials, or any suspicious activity. pg777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

The account is for personal use only and is non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or granting access to your account to third parties is not permitted. Account balances cannot be transferred to another account within PG777.

Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months (no login, deposit, or bet) may be subject to an inactive account maintenance fee. The user will be notified by email before any charge is applied and will have time to reactivate the account at no cost.

Use of the pg777 platform is conditional on ethical and lawful conduct. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts by the same user;
• Use of false registration information or information belonging to third parties;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automation software for betting or casino/poker games;
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, bugs, or clearly incorrect odds;
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity conducted through the platform;
• Betting on both sides of the same market using different accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (abusive arbitrage);
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or PG777 support staff through any support channel.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, retention of real-money balances pending investigation, and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable.

PG777 handles users' personal data with strict care and in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). Information collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and compliance with legal obligations;
• Processing deposits, bets, and withdrawals;
• Account-related communications, such as confirmations, security alerts, and support;
• Sending marketing offers and communications, with the option to unsubscribe at any time;
• Fraud prevention and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

At the user's request: Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@pg777.cash. Once the request is submitted, any open bets are settled as normal and the available real-money balance (excluding any bonus balance with a pending rollover) is paid out to the account designated by the user. The closure process is completed within up to 5 business days.

At pg777's discretion: PG777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, submission of false information during registration, or by order of a competent authority. In the event of closure due to a violation, the bonus balance will be cancelled. Real-money balances may be held during the investigation period.

PG777 may also close accounts of users located in jurisdictions where the platform's operation is prohibited or restricted by a regulatory decision made after registration.

Pg777 makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance; unexpected technical failures may occur and are handled as a priority by the technical team.

PG777 is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Interruptions to platform access caused by a failure on the user's internet connection;
• Betting decisions based on analyses or tips published on the platform — this information is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee any outcome;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to protect their credentials;
• Delays in boleto deposits caused by external banking processing;
• Odds changes after a bet is confirmed — the odds confirmed at the time of the bet are final.

PG777's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the actual balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

PG777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the registered email address at least 30 days before they take effect, except where legal or regulatory requirements demand immediate implementation.

The most up-to-date version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at pg777.cash/terms-conditions, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any new conditions constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes, following the procedure described in section 12.
